Refund Policy
At ATFL, we strive to offer high-quality educational experiences through our online programs. Once a student registers and pays for a course, the following refund conditions apply:
Registration Fees are strictly non-refundable.
Discounted Courses or promotional packages are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Full course payments or installment payments must be made prior to the commencement of the program.
All installment payments must be made on the scheduled due dates as communicated at the time of enrollment.
Once the course has commenced, no refund will be issued for withdrawal, non-attendance, or failure to complete the course.
In the unlikely event that ATFL cancels a course, a full refund (excluding the registration fee) will be processed within 14 working days.
