Refund Policy

At ATFL, we strive to offer high-quality educational experiences through our online programs. Once a student registers and pays for a course, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Registration Fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Discounted Courses or promotional packages are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • Full course payments or installment payments must be made prior to the commencement of the program.

  • All installment payments must be made on the scheduled due dates as communicated at the time of enrollment.

  • Once the course has commenced, no refund will be issued for withdrawal, non-attendance, or failure to complete the course.

  • In the unlikely event that ATFL cancels a course, a full refund (excluding the registration fee) will be processed within 14 working days.
